Hello,

Everywhere I am I hear people speak of their need to study the Bible, or to learn more about God, or find the answers for the many things they have questions about.

But, so many describe a loss as to how to go about doing this. "How do I begin? Where do I begin?

"And what about Christianity, anyway? Is it really what I've seen and heard? I'm not all that impressed with what I've seen!"

Here's a clue... Most of what you have seen is not Christianity. Most people who call themselves Christians don't have the slightest idea what true Christianity is about. Does that surprise you?

How would you like to find out what Christianity IS about? For yourself.

Is the Christian life easy? No. A resounding NO. Anyone who tells you God will solve all your earthly problems is mistaken. But will God show you how to not only survive them, but to rise up from the ashes and become like Him and live with him forever? An undeniable YES! YES!

"Since the beginning of the world, eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor mind imagined what I have prepared for those who love Me" - God

So, if you are willing to open the door, Christ stands there knocking. Open it, hear what He has to say to you.

Join in this bible study. You will not be hearing me preach to you. I will simply show you how you can study God's word for yourself. It is called Inductive Bible Study.

You can do this with a bible, pen and paper, and a good sized set of colored pencils. However, if you are able, an inductive study bible would be very helpful. It is designed specifically for writing all of your own notes and marking words on each page.

Also helpful is an exhaustive concordance. I use the Strong's version with my King James Bible, even when I am working in my inductive study bible. I just set it right next to me for quick reference.

Also helpful is an expository dictionary. Vine's is a good example. Each of these items can be purchased at a Bible book store, or you can also find them at Amazon, sometimes at a discounted used price, as I did for my Vine's.

Do not let lack of these books keep you from this study. They are only helpful, but definately NOT needed. If you have a bible, colored pencils, and a pen and paper you are ready to go.

I have found many word study tools online however, simply do searches to find them. I added the web addresses to some journal entries a little way into the study.

Any questions you have go ahead and use the comment areas to ask.
